5.3 All game outcomes on the jelibet Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. jelibet does not manipulate game outcomes.

10.2 jelibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jelibet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jelibet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform.
11.1 You may close your jelibet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.2 jelibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if jelibet reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.3 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jelibet reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in your account, including both real money and bonus funds.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jelibet Platform shall first be referred to jelibet's customer support team for resolution. jelibet will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 jelibet's operations are subject to the oversight of PAGCOR. Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
13.1 jelibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jelibet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
